Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Next Co., Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Hiroyuki Otsuka; hereinafter “the Company”) announces the release of a dedicated webpage featuring our newly developed high-resistance chip resistors.
The HC type is a thick-film chip resistor designed for high resistance values ranging from 1 MΩ (megaohm) to 150 GΩ (gigaohm). Generally, it becomes increasingly difficult to achieve high resistance values as chip resistors become smaller; however, the HC type achieves an exceptionally high resistance of up to 150 GΩ even in the smallest size in the lineup, 1005 (1.0 mm × 0.5 mm). In addition, its low temperature coefficient and voltage coefficient make it ideal for precision measurement instruments and various sensor applications. The HC type, which combines reliability and performance, is widely adopted for a broad range of high-resistance applications.
